From time to time special offer pricing is available on individual products, combined or stacked product orders. The special offer price may be a reduced price as seen on the website or a discount available only when using promotion code made availble to all customers via our newsletter or on our Facebook page. These offers are strictly and only valid for the specific period of time and cannot be retrospecively claimed.

Mima Interiors Privacy Policy

We (‘MiMA Interiors’) adopt a fair, honest and transparent privacy policy and adhere to all UK regulations surrounding your personal data.  We do not sell any of your personal data to third parties and only use the data you provide to provide the service that you request from us. 

What information do we collect?

MiMA Interiors collects information from our customers when a transaction is made or when a quote is created.  Orders are typically placed by either the Mima Interiors website or another selling channel as example Etsy.  

The information collected by MiMA Interiors includes your name, email address, delivery address, phone numbers and the goods purchased to support the order and distribution of purchased products.  At the point of order you can also select to receive marketing information from MiMA Interiors, you can also create an account on our website where you will be able to view your order details and to update your personal data.

Mima Interiors does not store payment data; payment is instead handled by a third party either Paypal, Square, Squarespace or Etsy as selected by you the customer.

How do we use the data?

We will use your personal data to process your order and manage your account for the purposes of completing a contract of sale of goods or services, or generating a quote for goods or services.  

Your data is required by us and specific third parties for the processing of transactions, delivery of goods, and account management. We will only give your data to a third party if it is required to complete a transaction; we do not sell or provide your information to third party companies that are not involved in completing the transaction you have requested. 

Where product review information, images and videos have been provided to MiMA Interiors via the Website, Facebook or Etsy the submissions are freely given by users and users are under no requirement to provide such information.  Where such information is provided, Mima Interiors reserves the right to utilise any provided material in its marketing.

Who do we share your information with?

To complete a transaction and to allow delivery of goods, it will be necessary for us to pass relevant information to courier and delivery services that we use. These are (but not limited to) DPD, Hermes, Evri, Fedex and Royal Mail.

How do we protect your data?

Any personal data we hold is kept and processed on secure computer systems, and is protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage through encryption, access control, physical security and other appropriate technologies. MiMA Interiors continually reviews and enhances its security systems, as necessary.

Your personal data will generally be kept by us for a period of five years after a purchase to ensure we comply with any financial and legal requirements.. If you have agreed to receive marketing communication from us, then we will keep your details until such time as you ask for them to be removed or updated, or such a time where the data is no longer required or is known to be out of date.

Your rights - access to your information and correction

You have legal rights as to how we are able to use your data. The relevant legislation to which we comply is the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998), PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003), and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016).

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If any of the information is incorrect or incomplete we will change it if you have provided us with enough information to verify your identity. You have the right to object to your data being processed. You have the right to withdraw consent for us to retain and process your data at any time, subject to legal requirements. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that we have not used your data fairly and honestly. MiMA Interiors uses cookies on its website to:

-Support the functioning of the site - including session cookies to support customer logins;

-Support analysis of MiMA Interiors Marketing campaigns through Google, Instagram and Facebook. 

The first of these activities is required to provide a functional website and is inline with GDPR cookie guidelines; the second can be opted out from on first visit to the site using the displayed cookie banner.  If you reject cookies the Google Analytics cookies will be blocked and will not be downloaded to your computer. 

MiMA Interiors uses analytics cookies to monitor the impact of our advertisements and allows us to hone our marketing campaigns and determine the interest shown in MiMA Interiors products.  This information is used to refine and improve the product offering to all MiMA Interiors customers.

Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase of any items. Returns will only be accepted in unused condition. Stickers must be unpeeled on the original sheet. Personalised and made to measure items (including personalised wall stickers, wall murals, personalised accessories) are non-refundable, except faulty or damaged item. Should the product arrive damaged or faulty and you require return/exchange please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product by email info@mimainteriors.co.uk  

1. What you are required to do in case of return or refund:

If you want to return an unused product, kindly email us at info@mimainteriors.co.uk and we will respond within 24hours with the given instructions particular to your case.

You can then return the product to the following address: MiMA Interiors Limited, 3 Bishop Court Gardens, Clyst St Mary, Devon, EX5 1DH.

If the product you received is damaged and faulty, please email us with a picture of it. We will substitute it with another product and will also cover its shipping cost.

We give our customers 1-year guarantee if the wall stickers start to peel off. In that case, kindly contact us on the same email so we can guide you accordingly.

2. Under what circumstances we offer returns & refunds:

We provide exchange returns and refund services for our customers who received a faulty product and the company will bear the shipping cost as well. Just be sure to contact us and share the images via email.

If you change your mind and no longer want the product, then you can return the unused product back to us. However, shipping cost will covered by you.

If you didn’t like the product then you can ask for an exchange of product with similar value and we’ll send you another product as a replacement and covering shipment cost.

If you did not like the product and want a refund, then just ship the unused product back to us and we will refund the amount.

In case of item being faulty:
Customers need to contact us in the case of receiving faulty items and we will guide them accordingly. We will provide a complete refund or exchange, whichever the customer wants, and also bear the cost of shipping.

Receiving wrong product:
We will cover the cost of the wrong parcel return shipment and resend the correct product to the customer.

Parcel not delivered:
If your order is not received within two weeks, please contact us and we will investigate the reasons for delay with our courier service provider and then a new parcel will be dispatched.

Cancellation during shipping:
It is not possible to cancel the order during its shipment process. The customer needs to either return the parcel or reject the parcel when the courier service delivers it.

3. Time frame in which we accept returns?

Customers need to submit their returns within 30 days of receiving their items. Personalised or made-to-measure products are non-refundable.

4. When can you expect the refund amount?

It will take up to 7 working days to reflect the amount refunded in your account. The payment will be reverted back to the same account or card from which you paid for the product.

Delivery

All of our products are delivered first class, packed in heavy duty mailing tubs for the extra protection. UK shipping is free.

Our normal delivery timings takes 1-2 working days to dispatch products and approx 3-5 working days for domestic delivery.

If there is a missing/lost package then reach out via email and we will investigate the issue and respond within 24 hours.

As well as the UK, we can also ship to USA. The shipping fee for US is £19.99 and takes approximately 7 days.
